Koju Virtual Currency Terms

These terms govern your purchase and use of Koju within the Warped Universe game.

Overview

Koju is a fictional, in-game-only virtual currency created and managed solely by Warped Games. It can be purchased through Warped Games’ website through authorized payment providers (such as Xsolla) and is used exclusively within the Warped Universe game to acquire virtual items like cosmetics and Battle Passes.

Nature of Koju

Koju is not a form of real-world money. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside the game ecosystem, and has no cash value. Koju may not be sold, traded, gifted, or used in any way outside of the Warped Universe experience, and users cannot sell, exchange, gift, or otherwise transfer their Koju to other users within the Warped Universe.

License; Wallet; Refunds

When you purchase Koju, you are receiving a limited right to use it within your Warped Universe account to purchase eligible digital content. All Koju purchased by players is stored in a game wallet managed and controlled by Warped Games. All Koju purchases are final and non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Warped Games.

By purchasing or using Koju, you agree that:

• Koju is a virtual currency that exists solely within the Warped Universe game environment;
• It may be used only to obtain eligible digital items (such as cosmetics or Battle Passes) within the game;
• Koju has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may not be used outside the game;
• All rights to Koju and its underlying software remain the property of Warped Games.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
